The NATO Science for Peace and Security (SPS) Programme comes to Rome on 21 October for an “Info Day” co-organised by ENEA, the Farnesina and the Permanent Delegation of Italy to NATO. The event’s goal is to build partnerships, establish contacts between scientists and researchers of Alliance members and partners and inform them about the opportunities the programme offers.
The SPS is an instrument set up to augment cooperation and dialogue among members. It is based on scientific research, innovation, and knowledge exchange. provides funding, expert advice, and support to security-relevant activities jointly developed by a NATO member and partner country.
High-level officials from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Defence and NATO Delegations in Rome and Brussels will attend the event. Participation is free of charge – subject to availability – via the online application form.
