NATO Secretary General to visit Italy – 25/27 February 2015

NATO Secretary General, Jens Stoltenberg, will travel to Italy today and tomorrow for his first official visit.
The Secretary General will be received by the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, the President of the Council of Ministers, Matteo Renzi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Paolo Gentiloni, and the Minister of Defence, Roberta Pinotti.
During his visit, the Secretary General will also meet the President of the Senate, Pietro Grasso, the President of the Chamber of Deputies, Laura Boldrini, the Presidents of Defence and Foreign Affairs Committees in both branches of the Italian Parliament, as well as the President and Vice-President of the Italian delegation to NATO Parliamentary Assembly. Furthermore, the Secretary General will also pay a visit to the NATO Defence College in Rome and to the Allied Joint Force Command in Naples.
