The Delegation

The Permanent Delegation of Italy to NATO is the diplomatic mission accredited by the Italian State to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization - NATO.

It is currently headed by Ambassador Francesco M. Talò, who took up his duties on April 15, 2019 and represents the Italian Government within the North Atlantic Council. The Permanent Representatives of all Member Countries sit at the North Atlantic Council, which is chaired by the NATO Secretary General.
